Welcome to Hydra Weaponry (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.hydraweaponry.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of Hydra Weaponry firearms, upper receivers, components, accessories, and related products (“Products”). By accessing our Website or purchasing our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or purchase our Products.
To purchase Hydra Weaponry Products, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). Certain Products may require you to be 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age.
Be a resident of the United States.
Not be a prohibited person under federal or state law, including but not limited to felons, individuals adjudicated as mentally defective, or persons subject to restraining orders.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Gun Control Act of 1968, the National Firearms Act, and regulations enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
2.1 Legal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, transfer, assembly, and use of Hydra Weaponry Products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Certain Products may require shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or approval under the National Firearms Act (NFA). Hydra Weaponry does not provide legal advice and recommends consulting a qualified attorney or local FFL/SOT to ensure compliance.
2.2 FFL and SOT Transfers
Firearms and regulated items will be shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Suppressors and other NFA-regulated items will ship only to a properly licensed FFL who also holds a Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status. Customers are responsible for selecting an FFL/SOT willing to receive the Product and complete the transfer.
2.3 NFA-Regulated Items
Certain Hydra Weaponry Products, including but not limited to suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), and other items regulated under the National Firearms Act, require prior approval from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Transfer of these items is contingent upon ATF approval of the appropriate Form (e.g., Form 4 or Form 3). Processing times are determined solely by the ATF and may take several months or longer.
Hydra Weaponry is not responsible for ATF processing delays, denials, or changes in ATF policy. If an ATF application is denied, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.
2.4 Export Restrictions
Products may not be exported, re-exported, or transferred outside the United States in violation of U.S. export control laws, including ITAR or EAR.
2.5 Changes in Law
Firearms and NFA laws are subject to change. You are responsible for remaining compliant with all applicable laws. Hydra Weaponry is not liable for losses, penalties, or delays resulting from changes in law or ATF interpretation.
2.6 No Transfer to Prohibited Persons
You agree not to sell, transfer, or provide Hydra Weaponry Products to any prohibited person or entity.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Hydra Weaponry. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping, taxes, or fees unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email does not guarantee fulfillment until compliance and availability are verified.
Shipping Restrictions: We ship only within the United States and only where permitted by law.
FFL Shipments: Firearms will ship to the FFL selected at checkout.
NFA Shipments: Suppressors and other NFA-regulated items will ship only to a qualified FFL/SOT after ATF approval. No NFA item will ship prior to receipt of approved ATF documentation.
Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees. Standard firearms and non-regulated Products may ship within days or weeks depending on availability, configuration, and compliance verification. NFA-regulated items are subject to significantly longer delivery timelines due to ATF processing, which may take several months or longer. Hydra Weaponry is not responsible for delays caused by ATF processing, carrier delays, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. NFA items are subject to extended timelines due to regulatory approval processes.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Return Window: Eligible Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Firearms transferred through an FFL, used items, or modified Products are non-returnable.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Defective Products: Contact us prior to returning any Product for warranty evaluation.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Hydra Weaponry Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, excluding abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.
Hydra Weaponry may repair, replace, refund, or provide replacement parts at its discretion. Liability is limited to the remedies described herein.
Products are sold for lawful purposes only.
You assume all risks associated with firearm use, assembly, and modification.
Improper use or modification may result in serious injury or death and may void warranties.
Hydra Weaponry is not responsible for issues arising from third-party components or ammunition.
Proper training and safe handling practices are strongly recommended.
Hydra Weaponry builds firearms and components intended for real-world use, not display-only items. Minor cosmetic marks or handling characteristics may be present. These do not affect fit, function, or reliability and are not considered defects.
All Website content, trademarks, logos, images, and designs are the property of Hydra Weaponry or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content may change at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydra Weaponry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hydra Weaponry from claims arising from misuse of Products or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.
